Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. No personal information is stored by us except for email address, shipping address and previous orders placed. Financial information is never kept, in fact because we process all payments via PAYPAL, we never see any financial information. We NEVER make you sign up for an account or log in to buy from us, like the other guys do, because we do not share or sell any of your marketing information with other companies.
Warranty & Return Information
We make sure our customers are happy. If your item is broken or does not work, then send us an email and we will make sure you’re satisfied. Some of our items come with a manufacture warranty, and all other items we warranty ourselves. Email us and we will help you out as much as we can. If by chance your item comes in a damaged package and the item is damaged email us, save the package and we'll contact the shipper on your behalf. Honestly, 99.9% of our customers will never experience this!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Sure, we ship flat rate to just about anywhere.
Do you provide tracking numbers? Most of the times our vendors drop ship items straight to you; therefore we usually don’t have tracking numbers. If you don’t receive your item let us know and we will make sure you get one, even if we have to deliver it ourselves.
What if I missed an item I really wanted? Unfortunately you missed out. All you can do now is hope we get that item back.
